Microsoft Cuts Yahoo Panthom Data Source.

Microsoft calls Yahoo as the cause of
leakage data package, called
'phantom data', in the mobile phone
that uses the Windows Phone 7 as
the operating system.

The problems that began since early
2011 identified that cause the phones
to receive and send data packets
without the knowledge of the user.
Simply phone using the internet
data packets without the knowledge
of mobile phone owners.

Some users complained that the
"bug" that swallowed their monthly
data package.

Microsoft still searching for solutions
to those problems. Microsoft so far
refused to name the cause of the
problem.

But in a statement on Monday night
(31 / 1), as quoted by the BBC,
Microsoft said that Yahoo is
responsible for the damage.

"We have discovered the
inefficiency of Windows Phone mail
client and Yahoo Mail," Microsoft
wrote in a statement.

"Inefficiency could lead to the use of
data packets that are not expected
and occurred in a small number of
users," explained Microsoft.

Technically, Microsoft outlined, that
the data packet loss occurs because
the system in the mobile download
information 25 times more than
they should.

Mistakes happen, especially when
the mobile phone operating system
Windows 7 Phone receive incoming
email using Yahoo Mail service, one
of electronic mail services are the
most widely used in the world.

Microsoft said it had contacted
Yahoo and will soon solve that
problem in the next few weeks.

Windows 7 Phone launched for the
first time in October 2010 and is
seen as a major threat to
manufacturers of other operating
systems like Apple, Google, and
Research in Motion. Yahoo has not
commented on the matter.
